Controller overview

  Setting up the controller

1. Supply power: plug the cabinet on

2. Switch on: switch on by pressing button number 2 for 5 seconds.

3. Enable wifi: press the configuration icon number 5 to enable the WIFI.
The screen will show a pop-up with the configuration details.

4. Access Device: connect using any wifi enabled device, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop to the controller’s wifi with the following information:

SSID = ShipHullMeter-AP
PASS = mmeconfig75315

Or scanning the following QR code:

 

 

5. Access web interface: once connected, you can access the web interface, through the URL or scanning the QR code:

URL = http://192.168.4.1*

6. Sync time: sync the time of your device with the controller. Press the time sync button to copy the time and date to the controller.

 

7. Adjust time: since the time is standard set to UTC, the hours still have to be adjusted. Use the field ‘Set hour’ to write the hour to the correct time.

 

8. Set hour: Once the hour is written, click on the green icon

 

9. Check if the date and time are now matching with the one displayed in the controller.

 

10. Congratulations the system is now set-up correctly.

1*: Sometimes, mobile web browsers automatically redirect to https://192.169.4.1 for security reasons, but this URL won't work. If you encounter this issue, please ensure that you are connected to wifi network (as it may disconnect after a reboot) and that you have the correct URL open.
