About

The NDT introduction course is suitable for anyone who wants to have basic knowledge of the most commonly used methods for Non Destructive Testing (NDT). This course can serve as a first step in the NDT world or to gain more knowledge as a (non-)technician in a function that has links with NDT.

The degree of depth of the subject matter and the duration of the course are adapted to the technical prior knowledge of the students. As a result, the course is sometimes adapted for people without a technical background and another time the programme has more depth, which is interesting for welding inspectors, for example.

A two-day course is often chosen in which Visual Testing (VT), Radiography (RT), Magnetic Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) are explained in an accessible way using theory and practical examples.

Students can also see the most common testing methods and try them out for themselves in the practice rooms of our training centre. This makes the NDT profession more appealing to the imagination.

Certification:

This course has no exam so no certificate will be issued. Instead, you will receive a certificate of participation.
